WE'RE SAYING GOODBYE
TO OUTDATED PARADIGMS
and hello to balance, joy and wild-hearted kindness
And what a ride it's been so far.
What do you get when two intense and passionate forces of nature meet and forge a path together for 25 years?
A recipe that somehow, deliciously works: when you mix the sensory with the cerebral, the science with the intuitive, the healer with the researcher what you get is nothing short of extraordinary.
(Psst ... we also have an on-going debate about who gets to wear the "clinical genius" crown at home.)
We've done a lot together - from chiropractic school, to private practice, to teaching at a chiropractic college, to traveling the world together. But one of the things we're most proud of is co-founding The Prana Foundation.
When we started this little baby, our mission was to change the culture of the future of chiropractic (we LOVE to dream big if you can't already tell.)
It's what came next that seriously blew our minds.
In true "if you build it, they will come" fashion, through The Prana Foundation we have cultivated an engaged, supportive community of wonderful chiropractic students and doctors who are forging their own heart-centered career.
So basically, we're living our Dream Life™️.
Because we were born to serve just. like. this. -- with heart, soul, focus & a good dollop of sacred rebellion.
Let us show you how you can too!
Our mission is to change the culture of the future of healing, living and dying.

OUR CORE VALUES
Easing the path
Over the course of our personal and professional paths, we all gain instrumental wisdom and experience. Knowing that others will follow in our wake, we can either choose to hold those gifts tight or to share them freely. We choose the latter path, seeking both to become more conscious of the struggle of others and to ease that struggle through compassionate mentorship, advocacy and community building.
Integrity & wisdom
Heraclitus wrote, “Integrity is the light that guides our way.” We believe that choosing a principled life begins with the active practice of honesty—both with ourselves and with others. This daily pursuit establishes our character and forms the basis for an authentic life. Paired with the wisdom of experience, when we act with integrity, we can pursue our personal and professional ambitions with the purest form of confidence.
Empowerment
Supporting others on the journey of discovering and realizing their gifts is the greatest service we can provide to one another. In a truly empowered community, everyone has room to thrive. Yet to enable this growth, it is critical to surround ourselves with a community of others who wholeheartedly wish to see us grow into the highest possible version of ourselves.
Service
Every now and then, a person with no agenda, no ulterior motive and no self-interest will take pleasure in helping you succeed, grow and live your purpose. We seek to establish a network of likeminded practitioners, aligned in their desire to serve others, to elevate their community, and to share their gifts with communities throughout the world.
Respect for the body’s inherent intelligence
Living beings have an innate intelligence that governs, drives and coordinates every cell, organ and tissue in the body. Through active practice and conscious effort, we work to promote the self-healing, adaptive capability of the body—to support its unique, innate capacity for greatness.
A safe space for growth
Individuals can only realize the finest versions of themselves when they are given a safe space to do so. For transition and transformation to occur, we must first create a non-judgmental space for uncertainty and evolution. Without this psychological safety, there will always be a barrier to self-knowledge. It is only when we are welcomed, without condition, that we can achieve our greatest potential.
